How long will delivery take? The courier used is Empost. Standard delivery usually takes 3-5 working days. A signature will be required. Empost will telephone you to arrange a convenient day and time slot.
How much will delivery cost? The cost of delivery is shown when purchasing goods on the website and will be confirmed in your delivery confirmation email
Is it possible to track my order? If you would like to know the status of your delivery, prior to being called by Empost then please email email@example.com.
What should I do if I have not received my order within the respective timeframe? If you have not received your order 4 days following the dispatch date, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do everything we can to ensure that you receive your products as soon as possible.
I live at a Non-UAE address – can I place an order? Please contact us via email at email@example.com to discuss international posting rates..
Is it possible to get an order sent to an address other than the cardholders? Yes. Simply fill in your billing details (Where the card is registered) and select to deliver to a different address, provide those details and your goods will be shipped there.
Is it possible to pick up my purchased products? No. All items can be delivered by courier only due to the warehouse not having facilities for individual pick ups.
In the unlikely event you are required to return a product to Classic English Picnics, please follow these instructions:
1. Let us know within 7 days from receiving the goods of your intent to return and the reason why in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. A returns address will be given to you at this time. Returns without authorisation are subject to refusal.
2. Carefully repackage the product in the original packaging, making sure to include all parts and paperwork.
3. Return the product via an insured courier as Classic English Picnics are not responsible for loss or damage to merchandise that is being returned. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the item.
4. **Important Note** The Original delivery costs are non refundable. We do not charge delivery costs for any exchange items being sent out to you.
7. After we inspect your return and are happy that it is in no way damaged, we will refund the price of the goods, exchange your goods or issue a credit note to the value of the goods returned. If the value of the exchange product is less than the value of the original product then we will refund you or issue a credit note for the remaining balance.
8. We will process the refund, credit note or exchange the Product as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day you gave notice of cancellation.
9. Refunds, exchange or credit notes may not be given if the goods are in any way damaged, marked or there is obvious signs of use.
10. We will refund the price of a defective product in full, any applicable delivery charges and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
